Robert Tham |

In 2001, Robert Tham graduated from BCIT's Marketing Management/Commercial Real Estate Program. At BCIT, Robert graduated first class and was recognized for academic excellence. During school, Robert worked part-time for Archer Realty Ltd, a boutique commercial real estate firm. In addition, Robert assisted an individual commercial real estate investor and developer with miscellaneous tasks. Shortly after graduation, Robert took on a full-time position with Archer Realty Ltd. and assisted various veteran commercial realtors. While at Archer Realty Ltd., Robert was heavily involved in the Leasing and Sales of a substantial number of Commercial Properties in Yaletown, Gastown and other peripheral segments of the Downtown Core. After a few years, Robert became a managing broker with Archer Realty Ltd. and in 2006 Robert started Corbel Commercial Inc. Robert's vision was to structure a boutique commercial real estate firm that believed in a disciplined pro-active marketing approach.
Since 2006, Robert and his firm have completed a substantial number of transactions and have serviced a number of Corporate and Individual Clients. Robert ensures his firm stays true to his initial vision every day. Through hard work and dedication, Robert has become recognized among participants in a market that is highly sought after and competitive. |

Marc Saul joined Corbel Commercial Inc. in 2007, specializing in Commercial Leasing and Sales, representing Landlords and Tenants in niche office, retail and industrial markets. Focusing in the peripheral Downtown core, Marc has represented corporate landlords and developers, to individual building owners, developing a tactical and strategic style, delivering results and maximizing his client's asset values in a time effective manner.
